This typically kicked-off over 4th of July weekend where you and your family can enjoy spectacular light shows around the County. Town of Somers Independence Day: Enjoy an evening at Reis Park in celebration of Independence Day. This includes a basketball tournament, a hot dog eating contest, a giant slide, live music, and delicious food trucks. Reis Park, 82 Primrose St, Katonah, NY 10536.

Walkway Over the Hudson: This ticketed event offers prime and unobstructed views of the fireworks on the Walkway Over the Hudson. This includes views 212 feet above the Hudson River where you will be able to set up seating on the south side of the walkway in a designated viewing area. Tickets benefit the nonprofit organization, The Friends of the Walkway and cost $20 per person. Children ages 10 and under are free when joined by a paying adult.
