Holiday Magic at the Amaze Light Festival
Don’t you just love this time of year! There are so many magical moments to enjoy with your kids, including the magical new Amaze Light Festival! Held at Citi Field in Queens, the Amaze Light Festival features millions of lights located in over 50,000-square-feet of space. This includes larger-than-life displays with lights and beautifully illuminated-themed worlds located throughout the space.
Upon arrival, you choose your path where you and your family can go from holiday-themed world to holiday-themed world, soaking in the magic of its illuminated artistry and colorful worlds.
Along the way, you’ll experience tons of cool 3D illuminated decor, Arctic Express train rides, tubing down Zing’s Thrill Hill, and live performances. My kids couldn’t enough of the Zing’s Thrill Hill where they sat in a tube and went down an icy slide. This ride is for all ages and costs an additional fee of $5 per ride with double tubes available.
My kids and I also loved going from world-to-world, soaking in the magic of the bright, sparkly lights with tunnels and illuminated castles and majestic trees you have to see in person. Other favorites include the beautiful Whimsical Forest filled with glowing lanterns, frost covered trees, and glittering reindeers, to name a few.
After (or before) your exploration, you can also enjoy sweets and treats from Sparky’s Sweet Spot, a bite from one of the Amaze food and drink vendors, or shop at one of the Amaze Market vendors. There is also an Amaze Stage Show with a live performance every night at 5:00pm, 7:00pm and 9:00pm.
Families will have the best time, soaking in holiday magic of this illuminated world that is sure to be a new holiday tradition.

November: 19, 20, 23, 25-27 & 30; December: 1-4, 7-11, 14-24 & 26-31, and January: 1-8
Amaze Light Festival is a rain/shine event.
