Support comes in many forms. As a patient you can join a support group, attend exercise classes designed especially for breast cancer, sign up for a meditation workshop or reach out to others. As one who is looking to give support you can participate in a breast cancer walk, volunteer at a cancer support organization, drive patients to treatments, deliver meals or just be there to listen and encourage someone fighting breast cancer.
