Clock Tower Grill Serves up Farm-Fresh Food in Brewster

Clock Tower Grill

Clock Tower Grill

In Westchester, we are luckily to be within close proximity to dining options in NYC, the Hudson Valley, and Connecticut. Another area to get on your radar is Putnam, and specifically in Brewster, at the Clock Tower Grill.

Owner and chef Rich Parente

With a focus on farm-fresh sourcing, owners Rich and Cassie Parente are passionate about their farm-to-table concept that goes beyond simply finding local farms. The husband-and-wife owners actually source their pork and lamb (and a portion of the beef) from their beautiful Sherman, CT farm. After finding a listing in 2016, they decided to purchase a farm and integrate its sourced items onto their menu. This includes raising and breeding Berkshire Hogs and Dorper Sheep who are pasture-raised and fed alfalfa, hay and sometimes organic and GMO-free grain.

In addition to the farm, they work with other local farms/providers to source the freshest ingredients. This includes sourcing from Greener Pastures at Happy Acres farm; Ronnybrook Farm; Harlem Valley Homestead; All The Great Farms Associated with Farms 2 Tables; and  Hudson Valley Fresh.
