Let’s get crafty! There are so many ways to discover cool art and connect with local artists in the Westchester area at one of the many local craft fairs. As we are winding down the second-part of the year, check out some of the upcoming craft fairs in Westchester where you and your family can find some special home goods, arts & crafts, collectibles, and more. Most of the events also include an interactive element as well as food and drinks where you can make it a whole weekend out of it, discovering a new town as you meet some incredible makers.

Hastings Flea

Discover the coolest vintage finds, unique home goods, jewelry, crafts and antiques, handmade goods, and more at the Hastings Flea. The event also includes food trucks, face painting, live music, and more! Southside Avenue, MTA Commuter Lot. Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706.

Nyack’s Famous Street Fair

Nyack’s Famous Street Fair is back and better than ever! This year, you and your family can enjoy a day in this historic rivertown with over 250 exhibitors, food, and live folk. music. This includes arts and crafts, local retail vendors, home decor, and more. Don’t forge to try an old fashion soda or egg creams at NY Soda Jerks. The event is free and rain or shine. Fall Crafts at Lyndhurst

Another crafty return this season! Enjoy a weekend of Fall Crafts at Lyndhurst to discover unique items from over 200 craftspeople and artisans. This includes original fashions, accessories, and jewelry, ceramics, fine art painting, printmaking, drawing, and photography. The festival also has
food trucks and tastings from local distilleries, wineries, and cider houses. Tickets are $12 for adults; $11 for seniors; $4​ for kids 6-16 and free for kids under 6. 635 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591.

Armonk Outdoor Art Show

Art collectors will love visting the annual Armonk Outdoor Art Show. Celebrating its 60th year, you and your family can view the work of over 160 artists from around the world. The event also includes food and beverages, free children’s activities such as art lessons and interactive projects during the show. 205 Business Park Drive, Armonk, NY.

Westchester Craft Crawl

This interactive crafting experience allows artists and art lovers to connect. During the event, artists open their studios over the course of two where patrons can visit over 50+ professional artists at 4 tour stops located between Ossining and Croton. Outdoor Crafts Festival

Held at the Bruce Museum, this popular outdoor festival features the work of artists and craftspeople throughout the country. Here, you can view new works from artists such as handmade crafts, jewelry, wearable fiber, glass, furniture and housewares, pottery, and much more. The event also includes interactive demos and food. Admission for the festival is “pay as you wish,”  with a suggested donation of $10 per adult.
