There are many ways to appreciate different cultures in Westchester county. This month is all about celebrating, honoring, and appreciating hispanic heritage. From September-October, you’ll find a collection of Hispanic Heritage Month events in Westchester to experience with your kids. National Hispanic Heritage Month also offers a variety of resources and events that you and your kids can explore in other states as well as virtually.

Sunday, September 8th from 12:00pm – 7:00pm
Hispanic Heritage Month Festival in Ossining

Enjoy performances, dances, live music, arts and crafts and food representing different Hispanic and Latin cultures. Additionally, they will have gifts, raffles, and international tables. This free event is hosted by the Ossining Padres Hispanos Inc. Nelson Park, Ossining, NY.

This event will feature story readings, songs, and Spanish language learning suitable for ages 3 and up.
