Slimefest Weekend
Experience the joy of creating slime under the guidance of talented Slime Chefs who double as Museum Educators! Visitors have the opportunity to capture images of the recipes to recreate these fun projects at home. Create Glue & Borax Slime, Cornstarch Oobleck, Applesauce Cinnamon Dough, No-Bake Playdough, Kinetic Sand, Magnetic Slime, and more. Movie Saturdays!
Movie Saturdays invites families to discover inspiring stories through film. This month celebrates Women’s History Month, and guests are encouraged to join for an enjoyable and educational experience that includes engaging discussions and activities after the screenings. White Plains St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Join the St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the annual parade. Enjoy lively bagpipers, community groups, and local leaders. The parade starts at the intersection of Mamaroneck Avenue and Old Mamaroneck Road. It then goes down Mamaroneck Avenue to Main Street. There, it turns right in front of City Hall and ends at EJ Conroy Drive. The parade is nearly a mile long and usually lasts about an hour. Build the Thrill Event
Families are set for an exciting adventure at the LEGO® F1® ‘Build the Thrill Event.’ Guests will build their own minifigure driver and design a race car to test on the track for pole position. Families can take on timed build challenges at the pit stop and enjoy the LEGO® F1® display in MINILAND Westchester. With Master Model Builders and Playmakers offering tips and inspiration, everyone can compete for the coveted pole position after completing the challenges.
