Sleep with the Wolves
Have a very special Memorial Day weekend where you and your kids sleep with the wolves at the Wolf Conservation Center. During the weekend, guests will enjoy a pizza party with Ambassador wolves Alawa and Nikai and hold endangered red wolves and Mexican gray wolves. 2023 Pinkster Festival
Held on May 27th from 10:00am-5:00pm, “The Pinkster Festival: Remembrance and Renewal” event features music, dance, drumming, and crafts and food inspired by Black culture. Held at Philipsburg Manor, the Pinkster Festival will honor and celebrate African American history and culture and look forward into a vibrant future with live performances, drumming, spoken word, dancers, singing, storytelling, food, and hands-on art activities. Memorial Day Commemoration
This annual Memorial Day Commemoration begins with a brief ceremony, followed by a guided tour of the historic cemetery. There will be a special salute to Ralph Panno, who served in the Navy during World War II and a presentation at 2:00pm with Ranger Michael Callahan, chronicling the history of repatriation and memorializing of American service members who died in the line of duty.
