The Southern Westchester Music Festival (SoWe) at Harbor Island Park on Sept. 19 in Mamaroneck promises to be an exciting day of music, food trucks, wine and all around family fun!
From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. top national and regional musicians will take to the two stages set up in this beautiful park setting. Just a few of the performers appearing are David Johansen, The HeyDaze, Kaleo, Marc Cohn and Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals.
What’s more, Westchester Family and Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital are sponsoring a free FAMILY Fun Zone featuring a playground, arts and crafts and entertainment. Life …The Place to Be, FunFuzion, Rockin’ Jump, MADE: My Art + Design Experience, Entertainment and Sounds Unlimited, Digital Arts Experience and others are providing games and activities for kids of all ages. There will also be giveaways and raffles throughout the day. Be sure to stop by the Westchester Family booth and say hi, we would love to meet you!
SoWe Music Festival is donating a portion of their proceeds to Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center. This donation will help the hospital plan birthday parties for children who are critically ill or who have been injured.
