Time Mission at the Palisades Center
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to experience an interactive and fun challenge with your family at Time Mission. This immersive experience recently opened at the Palisades Center where my kids and I had a blast, testing out our strength, intelligence, and speed through a series of multi-room challenges.
After signing in, we were given a team name and received bracelets to unlock each portal. Team members explained how the portals work and we were off for 90 minutes of fun and adventure.
Our time at Time Mission included access to 32 different portals where we had to complete challenges in less than 2-5 minutes to collect points. All of the points were captured on a group leaderboard that we could see as we went from room-to-room. Prior to going into the portal, we could see what was being tested in each room as well as clues to what we had to complete.
My kids (ages 15, 11, and 8) all had a blast as we worked together to go through the portals that tested out intelligence, strength, coordination, and speed. Personally, we loved the speed and coordination tests and found the intelligence ones super challenging. Some of our favorite portals were Pirate Attack, a laser skill room, a fun ball room, and Glitch Matrix, to name a few.
All of the rooms were clever, different, and fun that had us moving and thinking as we had to work together to solve the mini mystery. The rooms also spanned across time that took us to the past and future as we took on roles archaeologists, explorer, alien hunter, and more.
Another cool aspect of Time Mission is you can go back to portals to repeat (or leave) the rooms at any time. The kids loved going back to some rooms to repeat challenges, which also helped to improve our score as we continued to build skills.
When our session was over my kids kept talking about how fun the experience was and how they couldn’t wait to return to test out strength again.
Time Mission at the Palisades Center is also open for corporate team building, family events, birthday parties, Bar Mitzvahs, and group fun.
