This creative and fun Halloween experience involves decorating your car where kids come by to trick-or-treat. Generally hosted at schools, parking lots, or local churches, trunk-or-treat events are a fun way to celebrate the holiday and get creative. Families can look forward to joining the annual Trunk or Treat parade in White Plains. The event kicks off at Library Plaza, where everyone is encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costumes.
